Terms of Service

1. The service

Tellfair is a text-to-speech service: it turns text into speech, voices videos, dialogues and audiobooks, and can speak with a voice cloned from the user's own recording. For live streamers it reads donations and chat messages aloud in OBS, translates chat, shows a chat overlay and offers moderation tools for the streamer's own chat.

Tellfair works with text and audio only. It does not generate, edit or publish images or videos of people.

2. Account

You need an account with a confirmed email to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken from your account.

The service is not intended for children under 14.

3. Plans and payments

Payment is made through a payment provider via the Russian Faster Payments System (SBP). We never receive card or bank details. There is no automatic renewal: each period is paid separately.

Plan characters are valid until the end of the paid 30-day period; characters from one-off packs do not expire. If a generation fails on our side, the characters are returned automatically.

You can cancel at any time by writing to support@tellfair.com from your account email. We refund the price of the unused characters, in proportion to what is left, within 10 business days, using the original payment method.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Tellfair to impersonate real people without their consent, to clone someone else's voice without permission, to deceive or defraud, to harass or threaten anyone, or to create content that is illegal.

Upload a voice for cloning only if it is your own voice or you have the explicit consent of its owner.

Do not try to break, overload or bypass the limits of the service.

5. Connected platform accounts

Streamers can connect their Twitch, YouTube (Google), Kick and TikTok accounts. Tellfair then performs only the moderation actions the streamer starts in the Tellfair control panel, in the streamer's own chat.

When you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How we handle Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy (https://tellfair.com/en/privacy). You can disconnect any account at any time in the dashboard.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to the texts and recordings you upload and to the audio you create, as far as the law allows. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service.

We may remove content and block accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
