Text-to-speech and voice tools for live streamers.

Tellfair turns text into natural speech. Streamers use it to read donations and chat messages aloud on stream, to add funny voiced replies to donations and to keep their live chat clean. The service is in Russian and is made for Russian-speaking creators.

What Tellfair does

  • Text to speech: paste a text, pick a voice and download an MP3, WAV or OGG file.
  • Video voice-over, dialogues with several voices and audiobooks.
  • Your own voice: upload a recording of your voice and Tellfair reads any text with it.
  • For streamers: donations and chat messages are read aloud in OBS, with optional funny replies from characters.
  • One chat overlay for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, VK Video Live and TikTok, with translation of messages from other languages.
  • A control panel for OBS to skip or pause voice-overs and to moderate the streamer's own chat.

How Tellfair uses Google and YouTube data

Connecting a Google account is optional and only needed for YouTube chat moderation. A streamer clicks “Connect” next to YouTube in the Tellfair dashboard and signs in with the Google account that owns or moderates their channel.

  • Requested permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl.
  • Data we receive: the YouTube channel ID, the channel name and OAuth tokens.
  • What we do with it: when the streamer clicks “Timeout” or “Ban” next to a viewer's message in the Tellfair control panel, Tellfair calls the YouTube Data API to ban that viewer from the streamer's own live chat, temporarily or permanently. To do this, Tellfair looks up the ID of the active live chat of the streamer's broadcast.
  • We do not read the streamer's videos, comments, emails or any other Google data, and we never post anything on the streamer's behalf.
  • Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted as soon as the streamer disconnects the account or deletes their Tellfair account.
  • Google user data is never shared, sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
  • Access can be revoked at any time in the Tellfair dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Tellfair's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

What Tellfair does not do

  • Tellfair works with text and audio only. It does not generate, edit or publish images or videos of people.
  • Tellfair is not used to create intimate or sexual imagery of anyone, and Google APIs are not used for any kind of image generation.
  • Tellfair does not sell personal data and does not show ads.
